Shipping policy
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all states within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within the U.S.
4. Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on service availability and delivery region.
5. Shipping Fees
Orders over $39 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders below $39 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
6. Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with an investigation.
8. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us immediately with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
9. Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
